Requirement :
- Oversee and manage all legal operations, ensuring the company’s compliance with foreign investment law and corporate law
- Work closely with legal team member in drafting, reviewing and negotiating to protect the company interests, including maintain all business licenses of the company,
- Collaboration with various departements to ensure legal risks are identified and mitigated in business operations, event and projects.
- Stay up-to-date with legal developments in the food and beverages industry and inform the company on any changes or potential impacts.
- Handling General Affair jobs
- Providing report for monthly
Requirement :
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university
- Has a minimum of 1 year of legal experience. Preferably in FMCG Industry
- Has strong understanding of foreign investment law and corporate law
- Have a strong learning quality, able to communicate and work well within a team
- Experience in handling contract drafting, review and negotiation
- Experience in handling all business license through Online Single Submission (OSS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
- Willing to be placed in Sukabumi Factory
